To get your Leper to that point, you'll need a little help to at least know how the Leper's skills all come together to make him an unkillable wall for your team.

He applies debilitating debuffs to himself and while his damage is impressive, it's still outclassed by heroes like the Grave Robber and Highwayman. The poor guy seems to be falling apart at the seams - he's bandaged like a mummy and what little of his skin we can see appears to be decaying - and in game, he doesn't seem to fair much better either. At first glance, the Leper isn't the most exciting Hero to work with in Darkest Dungeon 2.
